Deux expositions du projet Sape. La première à Berne, au PROGR [centre d’art]. Elle se base sur deux principes : une ligne visuelle, l’oeil du sapeur au même niveau que l’oeil du spectateur. J’y joins une série de photos prises par les amis de Kinshasa, Ken’s Mukendi, Dicoco Bokhetsu, Androa Mindre Kolo… A Kinshasa, les photos sont montrées sur les lieux où elles ont été prises, dans la ville.

2 exhibitions of the sape project. The first one in Bern, at PROGR (an art center). Based on two principles: a visual line, the eye of the ‘sapeur’ is at the same level with the eye of the viewer. And a series of pictures by friends from Kinshasa, including Ken’s Mukendi, Dicoco Bokhetsu, Androa Mindre Kolo… In Kinshasa, the pictures are exhibited in the very places where they were shooted, in the city.
